Photography and Art has been a part of my life from a young age – I grew up amongst a creative family in the NJ metropolitan area of NYC. I was first introduced to art at a progressive education school in NJ where my mother taught. In combination, my father was a film and sound editor in Manhattan. I bought my first Polaroid camera when I was young, and later graduated to 35mm film cameras when I was in high school. From there, I was self-taught working with film until college. I was always getting my hands dirty creating, painting, and/or photographing something!

As a result, I’m an artist who has never been content to settle in just one area – I earned a BFA at the Conservatory of Art + Design from the State University of New York at Purchase College in Visual Arts. Later on, I studied Communication Design in Roanoke, Virginia to enhance my knowledge. Other venues of study : Woodstock School of Art, Sugar Maples Art and Education Center, The Art School at Old Church, and Los Angeles Center of Photography.

I am currently a working Photographer, Artist, Set Designer/Painter, Art Educator, and TV/Film Post Production Coordinator residing in Los Angeles.
